LCWfashion, LLC accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged merchandise with the original price tag. We do not accept any return with makeup stain and/or in contact with perfume/cologne. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and receive a RMA number. Please fill out the return form that came with your shipment.
To receive a full refund for your Item(s), please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by customerservice@lcwfashion.com.
Please add customerservice@lcwfashion.com to your address book to ensure our message gets to your inbox and not your junk mail folder.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If your order has been sent within California, all sales taxes will be refunded.
STORE POLICIES:
* Item should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
* Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same package to ensure your return is processed correctly and as quickly as possible.
* Items should be sent with packaging that ensure they are protected in transit and sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. LCWfashion, LLC is not responsible for lost packages if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
* Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the completed "Return Form" with RMA #. (Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable).

It's free to exchange items for a different size only (applicable to clothing only). To exchange an item, please specify the new size on the return and exchange form that was send with your order and follow the instructions above.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a new style, we suggest that you return it for refund and purchase the new item separately.
Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories APO/FPO and international addresses.
Late Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request. Late RMA request and returns outside these time frames are accepted at the discretion of LCWfashion, LLC and may only be refunded as a store credit. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the order date on your invoice. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days may also be granted at our discretion.
Final Sales
All sales, jewelry and items marked as "Sale" are final. We do not accept exchange, credit, refunds for Final Sale items.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. LCWfashion, LLC is not responsible for any lost packages. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
